My friend, I have been there too……

 
I was once obsessed with my weight and my body image. I had a VERY unhealthy relationship with foods. I was always on a ‘diet’ and constantly avoiding ‘bad’ foods. I was doing endless cardio and training in and outside of the gym. I followed all the exercises trends I could find, i.e. pilates, Tracey Anderson, beach body, fat burning yoga, and more…
 
But none of those got me what I wanted –
  • a strong, toned, and sexy looking body
  • an energetic, happy and confident me from inside out
  • a sustainable healthy and fit lifestyle where I could thrive without any food restrictions or endless exercises didn’t enjoy.
After many years of blindly doing exercises and being forever on a ‘diet’,  I realised that what I had been doing was not working; I knew that something had to change.
 
I took a step back, slowed down the process. It took many trials and errors; But I finally figured out the missing piece in this process.
 
Not long after I made the shift, I started to notice changes not only in my physical appearance but also in my energy level and how I felt about myself, and my mindset.
 
This shift has not only allowed me to finally get the body I wanted; it has also completely transformed my relationship with food, exercise, and with MYSELF. Since then, I have been living a consistent,  balanced and sustainable healthy & fit lifestyle.

YESSS!!  This is an online coaching program, so I work with clients all around the world!

As this is a private coaching program, in addition to bi-weekly coaching calls, you also have daily access to me via email, text or voicemail messages.

No. I am not a registered Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian, I do not prescribe meal plans. However, if meal planning is one of the nutritional areas you want to improve on, you will be learning your own healthy meal planning and meal preparation during this program.  

No you don’t need access to a gym. My strength training programs are home based workouts. It can be done in your living room, back yard etc. 

I can work around the equipments you already have to design your training programs. However, to provide varieties of the workouts, I suggest some basic equipment such as Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, Power Bands, Booty Bands etc. Again, they are optional and we usually discuss training programs during our kick off coaching calls.
