MEET The coach
Hello friend
I am Cindy, founder of Hustle with Heels company and creator of The Career-Integrated Entrepreneur™ brand.
I’ve spent nearly two decades in financial services and wealth management, working in high-responsibility environments where performance, trust, and long-term thinking matter.
Alongside my career, I built income options- not as an exit plan, but as a way to strengthen how I made career decisions and how I showed up professionally.
That experience shaped my perspective on modern careers:
Relying on one income stream no longer works in the modern career. Building income optionality is independent of whether you stay in corporate long-term or eventually choose a different direction. It’s a way of expanding capability and leverage inside your career, so decisions feel calmer, more considered, and less reactive.
Today, I work with mid-career corporate women who want to expand their income options without stepping off their career path – using their existing expertise to build leverage, confidence, and flexibility over time.
The work of building an income optionality is a process, not a destination. It helps you operate with more choice, clarity, and control – whatever you decide your future holds. It strengthens your position now, regardless of what you choose later.

Why Consider Building a Coaching Income Alongside Your Career
01. Income Optionality Creates Real Choice
In the modern career, stability comes from building income options alongside your career, not relying on a single outcome.
Income optionality gives you real choice in how you respond to change, without forcing decisions before you’re ready.
02. Diversified Income creates career resiliance
Being employable doesn’t remove dependency when all income flows through one employment.
Diversified income reduces pressure and creates career resilience; it gives you more room to think clearly, negotiate confidently, and act intentionally.
03. Career + Asset Means Owning What You Build
Your career may give you a stable income, but it is not something you own. Building income options means creating an asset you own, using your expertise, that you control – whether you stay in corporate long-term or eventually choose a different direction.
