Meet Your Coach, Cindy 

I’m a Mum of two young girls, wife, Online Fitness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Mindset Coach, Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner.

I once had a very bad relationship with food and with exercise. For a very long time, I was obsessed with my weight and body image. After a long journey full of ups and downs, trial and error, nearly 7 years ago, I successfully transformed my own health and fitness, despite being a full-time working mum and a professional career woman. My fitness journey has not only transformed my physical body but also transformed my mindset and my lifestyle. I was able to get to the best shape of my life since then, enjoy the food and social life that I love, without any restrictions or food guilt.
